“Edwin helped us to envision the kitchen we wanted and was incredibly thoughtful in partnering with us to bring that vision to life. From brainstorming layouts, to meeting with our co-op board president for approvals, to sourcing material options and collaborating on the design elements. Our kitchen project went smoothly and was on-budget and generally on-time. When we moved to a larger apartment that needed a gut renovation of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and a wall removed, there was no question that we wanted to work with Edwin. We brought Edwin to the space to begin planning and his team began demo a week after we closed. They worked through all of the approvals with us and the co-op board and again our experience was great… The results were exactly what we wanted. We lived in the apartments after the demo for most of the build on both projects with our two young children. Edwin and his team kept the space clean and cordoned off and were trustworthy and respectful working within a space that we were also living. 

Edwin is an excellent contractor full of knowledge that he shared with us along the way. He’d unpack decisions and provide more information about how something would be done and why… Something that was a pleasant surprise was Edwin’s eye for layout and design. We didn’t employ an architect or designer, so partnering with Edwin on ideas was great. He brought a “yes, and” approach to the job and that was helpful when working to create an updated home but also keep the integrity of the historic space.

“Edwin and his partner did an amazing job to fixed the leak on the 2nd floor bathroom in our home in Queens last May. They opened the first floor ceiling and remove second floor toilet to replace the waste toilet pipe. After replacing it, they installed the second floor toilet, patch first floor ceiling, taping and painting and light fixture installation. Edwin explained the work and answered all my questions patiently in full detail. Everything was done on schedule. The setup and clean up/clearing was done carefully and tidily.
